DIRECTOR OF FIRE & LIFE SAFETY DIVISION
Business Unit: Operations

Reports To: Vice President of Operations

POSITION SUMMARY:
Addilan Group is looking for a Director of Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Division to enhance and support our current clients and bring in new business by broadening current program offerings. This key member of our team will position Addilan Group as the leading provider of Fire and Life Safety services in the multi-unit market. The division’s offering will include providing inspection, maintenance, repair, and monitoring for the complete range of Fire & Life Safety trades.
The right candidate will wear three hats: lead the Operations team to support existing and new client programs; be able to price out client programs and respond to industry RFPs; and be willing interface with clients and internal team members as a Fire & Life Safety Subject Matter.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the FLS Operations Team supporting existing and new client programs including:
- Manage, mentor, and guide the FLS Team to meet performance goals and foster a collaborative work environment, promoting team and cross-functional communication
- Facilitate communication between the FLS team and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client programs
- Oversee the setup and launch of new client programs, ensuring smooth onboarding of clients
- Manage resource allocation, ensuring that staffing and operational resources meet the demands of both new and existing programs
Develop quotes for client programs and respond to industry RFPs
- Analyze client requirements to develop accurate and competitive quotes for new and existing programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the quoting and proposal stages, answering questions and clarifying pricing structures
- Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring alignment between client needs and company policies
- Provide post-quote support, addressing any concerns or required modifications to ensure client satisfaction
- Lead the preparation of comprehensive responses to RFPs, ensuring that proposals are tailored to client needs and industry specifications
- Ensure all RFP responses are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines
- Monitor the outcomes of quotes and RFP responses to evaluate win rates, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly
Work with clients and internal team members as a Fire & Life Safety subject matter expert
- Successfully manage vendor partner relationships to deliver services
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and adapt operational support accordingly
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree preferred but not required
- 5+ Years of experience in the Fire & Life Safety industry; minimum 2+ years serving at a Manager or higher level
- Proven experience utilizing vendor partners to deliver the services required
- Ability to bring industry relationships to build sound partnership to support Addilan Group’s clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products required
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Effective planning and priority setting; Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Business Unit: Operations

Reports To: Sr. Account Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Manager’s role is to oversee and manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients as well as oversee and manage local vendor partners performing the services
The right candidate will have excellent follow-up skills; can work independently as well as in a team environment; have strong computer, client relationship and organizational skills, including strict attention to detail and accuracy.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Oversee work orders and notes regarding scope of work and status
- Source, negotiate and onboard vendor partners
- Troubleshoot issues with client for immediate resolution
- Proficiently meet the demands of multiple external and internal clients
- Address any issues that may arise on work orders in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure that your vendor partners perform to the company expectations including cost of services purchased and quality requirements in the established timeframe
- Review, interpret, and advise assigned vendor partners on scorecard performance
- Validate the services invoiced by vendors to ensure that they are paid accurately based upon the contracted agreements
- Vendor conflict management and mediation
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Excellent MS Office skills with a strong focus in Microsoft Excel
- Project management and leadership experience
- Ability to analyze and improve operational processes
- Strong people management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Detail-oriented

ACCOUNT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Addilan Group – Account Manager
Location: Lansdale, PA
Reports to: Manager (Account Services)
POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Account Manager at Addilan Group, you’ll be trusted with your own portfolio of clients, learn how national businesses maintain their facilities, and build professional skills in project coordination, vendor management, and customer relationships — all in a supportive team environment with room to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Serving as the primary contact for your assigned accounts
- Managing work orders, schedules, and service updates
- Coordinating with local vendor partners to complete work
- Troubleshooting issues and driving timely resolutions
- Communicating clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Reviewing vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitoring vendor performance and addressing service issues
- Maintaining organized records and detailed notes across accounts
- COMMUNICATION! COMMUNICATION! COMMUNICATION!
This role requires strong follow-up, organization, and communication — not technical trade experience. We’ll train you on the rest!
IDEAL CANDIATES:
- Strong customer service or hospitality experience
- A recent college degree with interest in operations or account management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfort working with email, calendars, and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-focused in fast-paced situations
- Project coordination, leadership, or multitasking experience is a plus — but not required.
- You don’t need years of experience — we’re looking for the right mindset.
